Maintenance Building: The Property and Facilities staff have ample space for equipment and supplies in the new Maintenance Building.  The care and upkeep of the residences, Program Center, administration building, and skilled nursing center is coordinated from this central headquarters.

Villager Dining Hall/Social Center: Our staff and Villagers enjoy daily meals in the new dining hall.  The vaulted ceiling and rock fire place create a relaxing atmosphere that is enhanced by the serene, wooded view through the window wall.

Villager Services Building: The Villager Services Building houses the administrative offices, health services, social services, and accounting offices.  The new building is also home to a beauty shop, residential services offices, commercial laundry facilities, and plenty of storage.

Three new residences have been added to the campus.  Two of them replace existing homes and are home to the men of Annandale.  These two residences are connected by an atrium and surrounded by porches! The Logue House is totally new and is home to the ladies of Annandale.

The seven remaining residences have undergone extensive renovations.  New siding, new roofs, bathrooms, and other needed improvements. All of the Villagers now have beautiful new homes to be proud of.

A major campus renovation project was completed in 2007-2008 which added five new buildings to our campus and updated existing facilities.  Our Villagers are all moved into their new homes and are enjoying the new facilities.  The new Villager Services Building which houses the administrative offices, health and social services is fully operational.  Everyone is enjoying the new dining hall.  Our Facilities/maintenance personnel now have a large, functional workshop where they work to keep Annandale in top operational shape.
