Vocational/Educational Programs

An important aspect of each Villager's development is the chance to actively contribute through employment on or off campus. The Villagers play a key role in the vocational program. The skills, ability and sheer determination of the Villagers is a benefit to many local businesses doing such tasks as packaging, sealing, collating, direct mail preparation and special projects. Such projects afford a sense of accomplishment and pride and encourage a positive self-image. For those Villagers interested, the following are offered:
*paid vocational training
*job placement and training on or off campus
*job coaching
*classes for adjusting to work environments
