The Residential Services Department will be taking applications and conducting on-site interviews for Residential Service Professionals (RSP) on the second Tuesday of each month beginning at 1:30pm. Maintenance Technician
Position Description: Responsible for maintaning facilities and property to meet Annandale's, county and state licensing requirements.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; at least 21 years of age; valid Georgia Drivers License and proof of vehicle insurance. Must meet state requirements regarding a Georgia and National criminal record history investigation, which shall include a fingerprint records check. Must undergo and pass a drug screening, testing for Tuberculosis and Hepatitis B.
Food Service Aide
Position Description: (Part-Time) Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and maintaining sanitary conditions as regulated by the state in the kitchen and dining area. Assists in the supervision of Villagers and work groups in cleaning of the cafeteria and kitchen area.
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to cook, prepare and serve a variety of foods according to written or oral instructions; ability to communicate with and instruct Villagers and work groups; at least 21 years of age; valid Georgia Drivers License, proof of vehicle insurance, and a clear criminal background records check through the State of Georgia.
Residential Services Professional
4:00pm-12:30am Full Time (Includes weekend work)

Position Description: Responsible for providing a supportive home-like environment for the Villagers assigned to his/her cottage. Instructs and supervises in housekeeping and living skills and encourages self-sufficiency within a supportive environment.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and 4 years of work experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred; at least 21 years of age; valid Georgia Drivers License, proof of vehicle insurance, and a clear criminal background records check through the State of Georgia.
RN: Weekends Only
7am-7:30pm Saturday and Sunday

Conditions of Employment
All Employees are required to obtain the following information prior to beginning their employment. There may be additional requirements for specific job classifications.

- All employees must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Some positions require a college degree.
- RN/LPN/CNA positions require a current Georgia license and current CPR/First Aid.
- Each employee shall undergo a Georgia and a National Criminal Record history investigation which will include a finger print record check.
- Each employee must have a valid Georgia Drivers License before hire. All Annandale employees are required to drive. Annandale cannot employ anyone with more than two (2) chargeable accidents, moving violations, or DUIs in a three (3) year period within in the last five (5) years of the seven (7) year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). A seven (7) year MVR can be obtained from your local Department of Motor Vehicles.
- All employees are required to have and maintain and provide proof of Vehicle Liability Insurance at all times.
- Positions offered will be contingent upon the results of the above listed Finger Print & Criminal Records investigations, MVR records, and the required health screening which includes a Drug screening, testing for TB and Hepatitis B.
