Food Service Aide
Position Description: (Part-Time) Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and maintaining sanitary conditions as regulated by the state in the kitchen and dining area. Assists in the supervision of Villagers and work groups in cleaning of the cafeteria and kitchen area.
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to cook, prepare and serve a variety of foods according to written or oral instructions; ability to communicate with and instruct Villagers and work groups; at least 21 years of age; valid Georgia Drivers License, proof of vehicle insurance, and a clear criminal background records check through the State of Georgia.
Programs Aide
Position Description: Responsible for assisting in all areas of Programs. Responsible for assisting in transportation of Villagers and running errands for programs and/or operations to meet the needs of the Villagers.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) with experience with special populations desired; at least 21 years of age; valid Georgia Drivers License, proof of vehicle insurance, and a clear criminal background records check through the State of Georgia.

Director of Nursing
Position Description: Plans, organizes, develops and directs the overall operation of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained. Works with department managers of other area to assure the appropriate and smooth integration of shared functions of resident services.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of a Bachelor degree in nursing or related healthcare field. Currently licensed as an RN in Georgia. Five years nursing experience in an acute care, sub acute care, or long-term care setting. A minimum of three years demonstrated competence in nursing management and financial management. Knowledge of nursing theory and practice, policies, procedures and established standards of resident care and regulatory agencies; knowledge of personnel administration and managerial principles and functions. Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid Georgia Drivers License, and proof of vehicle insurance. Must meet state requirements regarding a Georgia and National criminal record history investigation, which shall include a fingerprint records check. Must undergo and pass a drug screening, testing for Tuberculosis and
Hepatitis B.
Administrative/Medical Records
Position Description: Performs secretarial duties, record keeping functions, medical records functions, and administrative details and follow-up functions to assist the Administrator and Director of Nursing in meeting the administrative needs of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards and principles relating to long-term care operations, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that proper administrative procedures and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate Degree in applicable field or three (3) years healthcare related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have proficient computer skills with working knowledge of programs such a Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably MDS software, and experience in medical records management. Must be at least 21 years of age; and received a clear criminal background records check through the State of Georgia.

This may be obtained from your local Department of Motor Vehicles.
- All employees are required to have and maintain and provide proof of Vehicle Liability Insurance at all times.
- Positions offered will be contingent upon the results of the above listed Criminal Records investigations and the required health screening which includes a Drug screening, testing for TB and Hepatitis B.
